You can choose from Tracked 48, Tracked 24 or Express Next Working Day Delivery.

What Payment options does Secrets Shop provide?

What will show on my bank statement?

For discretion, your bank statement will show a generic company name with no mention of our website or the products you purchased.

Can I return a product if I change my mind?

Due to the intimate nature of our products, we only accept returns on unopened and unused items. Please contact our support team for assistance with your return.
