There are the following delivery options available at Secrets Shop:

Special Saturday Delivery

We ship all orders on the same day during weekdays (Monday - Friday). Orders placed after 2 pm are shipped the next working day. Delivery cost is calculated automatically during the checkout process. Shipping charges for orders under £40 may vary. Orders placed during weekends or bank holidays will be shipped on the first working day. All orders are shipped in 100% discreet packaging. Payment on your bank statement will be displayed as APA Trading. Your order will be packed in an opaque courier bag or plain carton box without signs of the Secrets Shop and contents. Couriers and postal workers are not aware of what is in the package.

Royal Mail Tracked

Delivered usually within 1 to 3 days. You can track your parcel online at www.royalmail.com using the Tracking Number we will send you after your order is dispatched. However, 10 working days should be allowed before contacting us if your order has not arrived.

Express Courier

Guaranteed to arrive Next Working Day (Monday to Friday). With this service, you will receive an email and/or text with an estimated hour time slot for delivery. You will also be allowed to reschedule your delivery to suit you! :).

Please note: if you order your sex toys before 2 pm on Thursday and select next-day delivery (next working day service), you will receive your parcel the next day (UK Mainland Only). The delivery may take longer than specified if you live in the Highlands area. Orders outside of the mainland UK are unlikely to arrive the next working day. Please allow 2-5 working days, depending on the destination. Please check the couriers' websites for possible delays in case of adverse weather.

Tracking Your Order

Once your parcel is dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with your unique tracking number. Alternatively, you can contact our Customer Care Team via live chat or email. Please be aware that Secrets Shop cannot be held responsible for orders that are delayed by incorrect address information during the checkout process.
