For discretion, your bank statement will show a generic company name with no mention of our website or the products you purchased.

Due to the intimate nature of our products, we only accept returns on unopened and unused items. Please contact our support team for assistance with your return.

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
