How to Use

1. Wash your hands before use.

3. Let the cup open inside the vagina, then twist gently or pull lightly on the handle to check the seal. 
4. Empty the cup every 4–8 hours, or more often if your flow feels heavier. Rinse and reinsert if needed.
5. To remove, wash your hands, squeeze the base to release the seal, then pull the cup out carefully. 
6. Empty, rinse and clean before reuse.
