The Me You Us Open Mouth Gag with Nipple Clamps combines a covered O-ring gag with two adjustable nipple clamps. The ring holds the mouth open, while separate metal chains connect each clamp to the head strap.

Each clamp has covered tips and its own adjustment screw, so you can set the pressure on each side. The black PU faux leather strap fastens with a buckle for straightforward fitting and removal. Adjusting the strap changes the fit around your head; the ring itself stays the same size.

How to Use and Care

Position the ring gently without forcing your jaw open. Fasten the strap comfortably and keep the buckle accessible.
