Satisfyer Strengthening Balls is a 3-piece set of weighted kegel balls (Ben Wa balls) designed for pelvic floor training with a simple, gradual progression. The set includes three weights: 61.9g, 82.1g and 97.9g, plus a retrieval string for easy removal. A daily session of around 15 minutes is the suggested routine. This is an easy starter set if you want pelvic floor exercise without complicated routines. Start with the lightest ball, wear it for a short session during light activity, then move up only when it feels comfortable. Over time, stronger pelvic floor control can support more intense sensations during sex and more powerful contractions (experience varies person to person).

How to use:

1. Start with the lightest weight (61.9g).
2. Add a small amount of water-based lubricant for comfortable insertion.
3. Wear for around 15 minutes during light movement.
4. Remove using the retrieval string, then clean and dry.
5. Move up to the next weight only when the current one feels easy and comfortable.
