By accessing or using secrets-shop.co.uk and by clicking to indicate you have read and agreed to these terms when ordering, you agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions, as they may be modified and posted on our website from time to time. The Company intends to rely upon these Terms. You must read and understand these Terms and Conditions before ordering from us. Please notify our Customer Service Department before ordering from us if there is any term you do not understand.

By purchasing products from secrets-shop.co.uk you declare that you are 18 years of age or above or have the legal right to possess adult products in your area or community. If it is discovered that you are not of the legal age to purchase from the website, secrets-shop.co.uk is not obliged to accept your order.

Orders made through secrets-shop.co.uk are subject to acceptance and availability. Secrets-shop.co.uk may choose at any time to cancel your order.
No contract will officially exist between you and secrets-shop.co.uk until your parcel has been dispatched. The details on our website are not offers that you can accept.

Secrets-shop.co.uk is happy to price match products found cheaper on alternative sites under the following conditions:
- The cheaper product is in stock & available for immediate dispatch.
- The alternative website is not a marketplace or auction site (Amazon, eBay etc.).
- The cheaper product is not listed as a sale or promotion item.
- The cheaper product is being sold on a UK-based website.
Delivery Information
Larger or heavier deliveries may require a signature to confirm receipt. The carrier may ask a neighbour to sign for your delivery if a signature cannot be obtained. Deliveries that require a signature will not be left if one cannot be obtained. If the postal courier leaves the delivery with a neighbour or at your local post office, they will leave a 'while you were out a card telling you when and where you can collect it from or how to rearrange delivery.
Royal Mail (or the Courier Service) will hold your parcel for 7 days and if it is not collected or delivered it will be sent back to us.
If you would like us to re-send your order, we will regrettably charge you. If you would like to cancel your order we will refund you less the shipping costs.
We will try to deliver the goods within 30 days. Usually, items will be delivered sooner. If we cannot do so, we will inform you and you may, if you wish, cancel the contract and we will fully reimburse you.
We are not liable for missing/lost parcels if an incorrect/incomplete delivery address has been provided.

Payment
Payment can be made by credit or debit card. You can order through our website, by email, or with the help of our Web-Chat team. We will despatch the goods as soon as your card payment has been processed.
International Card Holders: If you have a non-UK issued payment card, the exact amount you will be charged depends on the exchange rate offered by your bank at the time of ordering.

Returns Policy
The European Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 states that you as a client have the full right to cancel any order without giving a reason within 7 days of purchase. At Secrets-shop, you may return any item to us for a full refund (or replacement) within 14 days from the day you receive your order, as long as the product is unopened, unworn or unused. You can even return items to us within 100 days (from the day you receive your order) for an exchange or replacement. All returned products must be unopened, unworn/unused and returned with all accessories or free gifts that were included with your item.
You should inspect the goods immediately upon receipt and you must notify us as soon as possible if the goods are faulty or incorrect. Items must be tested for their functions and checked by hand before used intimately. Always turn on (and charge where appropriate) vibrating or other battery-powered items to check their pre-programmed modes before intimate use. Even if you do not intend to use the item immediately please make sure that you have received the correct product(s) and they are working correctly as soon as possible. If you fail to notify us of a fault or problem with your order you will be deemed to have accepted the goods and that they are in working condition.
At Secrets-shop you can cancel any order for a full refund, if your order has already been sent when we receive your cancellation, we will deduct a 25% restocking fee from your refund. All returned items must be unopened (in their original condition & packaging) and unused.
If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met then we reserve the right to return the goods to you. Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
You may exchange unused and unopened products within 14 days for a refund, alternative items or an exchange. Return your items within 100 days (unopened and unused) and we can offer you an exchange or a replacement.
Unless the returned items are defective, you have to send them back to us at your own expense and we will only issue a full refund if the items (including packaging and accessories) have not been significantly damaged.
Faulty goods – We operate one year returns policy for faulty goods. Please send the item back to us with a note stating the problem, the desired outcome (exchange or refund) and the order reference number for the original purchase. We will exchange the item for you, make a refund or credit your account.
We do not accept returns for free toy promotion orders unless the item is faulty.
